Office, Building & General Cleaning
We carryout all types of general cleaning including Office Cleaning, Common Part Cleaning, Shopping Centres, Warehouses, Factory Cleaning, Service Yards, Retail Parks, Business Centres and Builders Cleans. All cleaning services are carried out under our ISO 9001 management criteria and our National Britannia Safe-Contractor Health & Safety procedures.
Window Cleaning
We carryout all types of window cleaning using access via Ladders, Rope Abseil, Cherry Picker and Purified Water Tucker Pole System. All window cleaning is carried out by trained operatives to nationally recognised standards and risk/method statements are issued for all tasks. A full site survey is carried out before any window cleaning can take place.
Carpet and Upholstery cleaning
We carryout all types of carpet & upholstery cleaning including the Dry Foam Shampoo method, Hot/Cold Water Extraction method, Texatherm Machine Bonnet Method and Spray Dry Cleaning method for silk upholstery and screens. We can also carryout Anti Static Treatment and Scotch Guard Treatments on request.
Marble and Terrazzo cleaning
We carryout all types of cleaning and polishing treatments to marble, terrazzo and natural stone. This includes marble/terrazzo Acid Deep Cleaning, using Spanish Granklene acid crystals, Portland stone cleaning with Lithofin products, marble/terrazzo polishing using the Kleever crystallisation method and general re-honing/re-finishing of marble, terrazzo and granite.
Blind and Drape cleaning
We carryout all types of cleaning of curtains, drapes and blinds. We can arrange for both the removal of blinds and drapes from site for cleaning/repair and then re-hanging. Blinds undergo a three stage treatment, including inspection/repair, ultrasound cleaning and warm air drying. Drapes are tagged to identify location, removed from site and inspected, then colour tested, dry cleaned and returned to site. All work is guaranteed with foreseeable problems highlighted before cleaning takes place.
