Qualifications

As part of our BS EN ISO 9001-2008 certification we are committed to the constant aims of Total Quality Management Procedures.

From the outset of a new enquiry we visit the site to ascertain each client’s specific needs.  We then provide a tailored specification covering all aspects of the work to be carried out - be it daily, weekly or periodic tasks. Specific site induction training for the staff who will be employed to undertake the job can then be given.

Staff are regularly monitored and inspected against these specifications with management actively encouraging them to take pride in their individual area of work and to conduct personal checks of finished tasks.

Regular visit and audit inspections are carried out for cleaning contracts using our own visit reports and key performance indicator marking sheets. These inspection reports are used to ensure a continued high quality service and to maintain our reputation as a quality service provider.

The visit reports include checks on standards, security, health and safety and staff training, and are regularly used by the company directors to keep abreast of the daily activity within each area manager’s portfolio of contracts.

All our senior management team hold an IOSH Health & Safety Certificate.
