Steven Shellard
Managing Director
Steve’s vast wealth of knowledge and understanding of the business has been earned during the 30 years that he has worked in the industry. Today he oversees the day to day running of the company in the role of Managing Director, a position he took in October 2004 following the passing of his father Alan Shellard.

Peter Shellard
Financial Director
Pete qualified as an accountant in the late 1980s and has successfully controlled the company’s financial department for the past 20 years. Through strong credit control and a firm grip on costs, he has helped to keep the company’s overheads to a minimum and promoted continued growth through financial stability.

Lee Fitt
Property Maintenance & Business Development Manager
Lee has over 35 years’ experience in running cleaning and property maintenance companies and knows a thing or two about fulfilling the requirements of many of the major clients in our business sector. He controls the day to day running of the property maintenance division, CLD Property Maintenance.

Luke Williams
General Manager
Luke began his career in the property decorating business and later became a district logistics manager for a national supermarket chain. His past experience means he’s no stranger to dealing with customers on a ground level, or large numbers of staff. He joined the company in the early 1990s and progressed through the business. Today he works closely with the area management team to deliver the quality service that our clients have come to expect.

Gill Williams
Administrative and Health & Safety Manager
Gill joined the company in 1990 following a brief spell in hotel management. She efficiently manages all aspects of the group’s Health & Safety support, administrative department and customer support. Gill holds am IOSH and NEBOSH certification.

Hygiene Operations Manager
Julie Bosdet has been with the company since May 2004, having previously worked for most of the major washroom companys over the past 20 years. In Julie we have a wealth of knowledge and experience in how to run a washroom service the RIGHT way. If you have a problem in your washroom, Julie is the lady to solve it!
